Dr. Massiel Mena is a board-certified ophthalmologist with expertise in comprehensive eye care and wellness. As the Clinical Administrator and House Physician at Eye Florida, she leads the team in delivering a full range of services, including routine eye exams, cataract evaluation, and glaucoma management. Dr. Mena also specializes in anti-aging treatments, IV hydration, and weight loss, offering patients a holistic approach to health and well-being.

Dr. Mena earned her Medical Degree and completed her residency at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo(UASD) in the Dominican Republic. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Healthcare Management from DeVry University. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles and contributed to medical research as a principal investigator, with publications in peer-reviewed journals.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Mena is actively involved in community outreach, having participated in initiatives such as ORBIS, providing free eye surgery on an aircraft to underserved populations.

Dr. Mena is passionate about delivering personalized, comprehensive care to every patient. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, gardening, and staying active with her family.
