Telehealth / Telemedicine Doxy How To
If you have an online telehealth appointment with Eye Florida, here is a step by step guide on how to get started.
To meet with your doctor on Doxy.me, first you need to use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari browser (www).
A webcam and mircrophone is also required.
Your provider should have given you their personalized room link. (We will either email it or text message to you) It should look like: doxy.me/YourDrsName.
To “check-in”:
Type your provider's room address into your web address bar(e.g. https://doxy.me/room-name)
2.Enter your name, click "Check-In"
3. You are now in your provider's waiting room. Wait for your provider to start the call.
